What is included in the dedicated team model?
The dedicated team model includes full-time engineers exclusively assigned to your project, a dedicated project manager, daily standups, weekly sprint demos, access to our CI/CD infrastructure, code review processes, and QA testing. You get direct communication channels via Slack or Teams, and monthly billing with no long-term lock-in. We handle HR, infrastructure, and management overhead so you can focus on product decisions.
Do you offer a free consultation before starting?
Yes, we offer a free technical consultation where we discuss your project requirements, recommend the right technology stack, propose a team structure, and provide a preliminary estimate. This initial consultation typically takes 30-60 minutes and helps both parties assess fit before any commitment. There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation.
What are your payment terms?
For dedicated teams and time & materials projects, we bill monthly with Net-15 payment terms. For fixed-price projects, we use milestone-based payments — typically 20% upfront, 30% at mid-project milestone, 30% at completion, and 20% after the warranty period. We accept wire transfers, ACH, and major credit cards. Custom payment arrangements are available for enterprise clients.
Can I scale the team up or down during the project?

Do you sign NDAs and who owns the intellectual property?
Yes, we sign mutual NDAs before any project discussion or discovery session. Regarding IP: you own 100% of the code, designs, and documentation we produce for you. This is explicitly stated in our Master Service Agreement. We do not retain any rights to your proprietary code or business logic. All source code is delivered to your repositories, and we ensure clean handoff documentation.
